This position is eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus ($5,000 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range
Dependent upon qualifications
$62,428.43 - $93,642.65 per year

  Position Summary
  This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Canvas Health County Mobile Crisis Services system including 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response including the mental health backup on-call system for evenings and weekends. This position is responsible for working with division directors to establish program priorities, policies, and procedures. The position provides crisis assessment and intervention, clinical supervision and other clinical services.

  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Licensed mental health professional (e.g., Psychologist, Independent Clinical Social Worker, and Marriage/Family Therapist) with an emphasis on clinical practice
    
  • Minnesota State license required and eligibility for approval for insurance providers
    
  • Ability to be a Qualified Mental Health Supervisor
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • 3 years clinical experience in community-based counseling
      
    • Experience in clinical supervision/program development
