Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid on site 2x/week)

Compensation Range : $40-$50/hour Looking for a Tech Engagement Consultant to join a fast paced team and enviroment. In this role you will join a team creating and training on over 80+ applications to the field. Looking for someone that has strong experience gathering requirements and the ability to work with both technical and non technical teams as well as internal and external clients. Must be coachable and adaptable in the work enviroment.

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• Experience working within a Financial Company
  • Ideally with an understanding of trading or brokerage firms
  • Experience as a BA
  • Experience working in a role that has required client interactions
  • Strong understanding of business, technology and operations
