About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Agile Coach within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Agile Transformation Office (ATO). We are looking for a seasoned coach with deep product and/or customer journey expertise to support various senior leaders within COO lines of business during their agile transformation. This coach will instill product management and agile values, principles and best practices within transforming organizations leading to efficiencies in change delivery.In this role, you will:

  • Guide and support definition of end-to-end product lines and/or customer journeys, including but not limited to anatomies, customer definition, value streams, OKRs and roadmaps
  • Offer credible and effective guidance to create products and/or customer journeys, team processes, work structure, and start growth of scaling activities
  • Assist leaders in considering complexity and implications of transformation to self- governing teams
  • Coach leaders to understand continuous delivery implications and the structure required to sufficiently support a product-based organization
  • Leverage and combine different industry standard scaling concepts to specific business problems that best supports scaled Agile values and principles
  • Develop collaborative relationships with all levels of managers and steering committees across COO
  • Motivate and uplift teams using teaching/ mentoring skills to guide teams to embrace and exhibit the agile mindset, practices and standards
  • Foster maturation of agile behaviors and delivery concepts by asking questions and objectively informing/assisting leaders in a non-biased manner
  • Provide strategic thought leadership during engagements on approaches to overcome impediments to accelerated delivery and skillfully facilitate conflict resolution with and between teams
  • Use systems thinking in facilitating impediment removal
  • Foster a strong spirit of communication and collaboration between teams to align on objectives, deliver value, and ensure leadership transparency to impediments and progressRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 7+ years experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • 5+ years' experience providing product coaching within a large, complex organization
      • 5+ years of experience implementing scaled Agile transformation in a complex, silo-driven environment
      • Proven experience coaching teams in understanding scaled agile principles and practices
      • Ability to influence and lead without authority
      • Demonstrated passion for training and teaching preferably with obtainment of coaching certification
      • Demonstrated use of sound coaching plans to address team and individual needs; embodies effective teaching/mentoring / coaching skills, demonstrating ability to coach in the moment
      • Skill in establishing and maintaining a viable network of peers and influencers to resolve impediments and cultivate transformation advocates
      • Prior experience introducing scaled Agile in Fortune 100 / financial organization
      • Knowledge of Financial industry regulatory requirements and limitationsJob Expectations:
