you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Lead
conversion workstream or multiple engagements to produce successful
outcomesPartner closely with client stakeholders to define
objectives, scope and requirements for data conversionCollaborate
with internal teams (PMO, Business Analysts, Developers, QA,
Product SMEs etc.,) to understand application and data nuances for
designing efficient process for conversion mapping, development and
testingIdentify and alert project leadership to project risks and
issues which could impact adherence to project timelines and
budgetInterface directly with State Government Solutions clients
with clear communication and to manage expectations and receive
approvals of mapping documents and test resultsKeep executive
leadership informed of progress on all conversion workstream
projectsAs the leader of the conversion team, consisting of data
analysts, data engineers and QA resources, responsible for setting
clear direction for the team, mentoring and nurturing the team
while attracting the best talent to join the teamContribute to
RFP/RFI efforts by providing clear, concise and appropriate
responsesParticipate in Orals to communicate conversion methodology
and processes in the context of the RFPDevelop standard data
conversion processes, tools, templates and methodologies to ensure
consistency and predictability across implementationsLead team to
develop efficient and effective data conversion processes from
legacy systems to Optum product data structuresContinually enhance
deliverable and work product templatesYou'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree
in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science,
related field or equivalent work experience5+ years leading data
conversion teamsExperience with relational database management
systems and ETL toolsExperience developing and providing executive
status reporting, dashboards, and metrics to internal and client
leadershipExperience driving work using MS Project or other project
management softwareExperience developing written documentation in
clear concise formats and when needed presenting/communicating
changesExperience working with a variety of team
members/peers/distributed team membersIntermediate experience with
EXCEL (must be able to create spreadsheets, link between cells,
create formulas, vlookup with very minimal supervision)Ability to
travel as needed based on project timeline / deliverablesFull

Only: The salary range for Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
