Arcade Associate - TREASURE ISLAND RESORT & CASINOCompany Description:Cyber Quest is a unique arcade that features family- friendly games for people of all ages to enjoy together .Our team is looking for fun, energetic people to join Cyber Quest!Job Summary:As a Cyber Quest teammate, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with game play, or assisting with game play problems, serving the prize redemption area, maintaining the physical appearance and safety of the facilityQualification and Must-Have Skills:

• Be passionate about play and children, enjoy meeting new people
• Must be able to complete and pass required background screening
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, mostly evenings, weekends, and holidays. Most shifts will be between 18 to 20 hours per week minimally.
• A high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
• Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience (preferred)Core Job Duties:
  • Report to your center management team while on duty.
  • Come to work each day on-time, motivated and with a positive attitude.
  • Understand and follow cash control processes and procedures.
  • Maintain the Kids Quest dress code standards while on duty.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings, workshops and required training programs
  • Abide by all Kids Quest policies
  • Embrace a fast-paced work and high-traffic play environment.
  • Participate in center goal achievement.
  • Help customers redeem tickets for prizes
  • Support customers playing arcade games by providing support or information to server their needs
  • Help stock, display and organize redemption prizes, focus on keeping redemption displays full, clean and presentable to our customersBenefits and Perks:
