Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure an engaging, professional, and culturally aligned
recruiting process is established and executed at all times
- Partner with recruitment contacts and hiring leaders to
accurately understand their hiring needs
- Create job postings that accurately describe the spirit of each
role and support our cultural journey
- Creatively and effectively source, prescreen and identify
highly qualified candidates for a broad range of positions and job
levels
- Communicate in an effective, timely manner with all applicants,
recognizing the opportunity to touch lives regardless of a match
with an open position
- Qualify applicants ensuring that selection decisions are made
fairly and objectively
- Using your recruitment expertise, provide recommendations and
best practices to hiring leaders
- Communicate regular weekly recruiting efforts with hiring
leaders
- Build positive relationships built on trust with all
stakeholders
- Provide recruiting administrative support to the business as
needed with tasks like scheduling interviews, coordinating
advertising campaigns, and preparing documentation
- Partner with the business in a confidential, professional, and
timely manner
- Provide HR support to team members and leaders onsite
throughout the team member lifecycle, including onboarding,
training and development, proactive performance management coaching
and exit interviews
- Plan and participate in new hire orientation/onboarding to
create an engaging and streamlined experience for new team members
and hiring leaders
- Assist company-wide initiatives such as annual healthcare
enrollment, policy implementation and compliance
- Ensure site has all required employee-related postings posted
at the facility (EEO, Wage and Hour, OSHA), and any required local
or state postings
- Heavy engagement in Workday including completion of business
processes for new hires, recruiting, promotions, compensation
changes, terminations, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Business, Human Resources or
a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrate high level of competency in the areas of
recruiting, general HR, performance management, and training
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and listening
skills; ability to effectively communicate with people across the
organization, at all levels
- A proven track record of matching great talent to career
opportunities and culture
- Successful experience in building and managing a diverse
pipeline of candidates
- Possess a strong focus on continuous improvement, not accepting
the status quo
- Action-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with a clear drive
for result
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to
shifting priorities
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
environment
- Working knowledge of legal requirements and government
reporting regulations affecting human resources functions
(including by not limited to FMLA, EEO, ADA etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system to
methodically flow candidates through a selection process and ensure
a successful transition from candidate to hire
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This is an office position associated with a manufacturing
facility. The employee must be able to correctly wear and use any
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the employer when
in the manufacturing area.
