CEPC is configured with a Team Lead located in North America and anEngineering Hub located in South America\. The CEPC Team Lead is responsible for acquisition of work, customer coordination, CEPC engineering quality, CEPC Administration, technical mentorship of controls engineers, and a smallpercentage of total engineering and programming work load\. The Team Lead Engineer serves as the primary point ofcontact between local sales offices and the engineering team\. The Team Lead Engineer is responsible for schedulingand conducting coordination meetings with local offices to address and resolve questions that arise across the entire lifecycle of a project\. The Team Lead Engineer owns the QA review process to ensure accuracy, adherence to standards andquality\. **Responsibilities:** ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES \(others may be added\): ? Responsible for design and programming activities utilizing direct digital controls ? Capability to advise, guide, and review the work of controls engineers\. ? Responsible for mentoring controls engineers in the development of the sequences of operation which meet the projectrequirements ? Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices ? Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment ? Responsible for reviewing contract documents and conducting job surveys \(when required\) ? Responsible for creating installation drawings, submittal drawings, and as\-built drawings ? Review equipment submittals for incorporation into design ? Maintain customer satisfaction by actively communicating with customers and encouraging a healthy teaming environment between CEPC and the office\. Responsible for investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, communication with staff, providing customer feedback and solutions ? Responsible for continually improving procedures and processes with offices by documenting best practices of officesworked with\. ? Assist management with staff training and onboarding ? Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required ? Less than 25% travel possible for projects that require on\-site work Percentage of Travel: 25% or less Min\. Yrs\. Experience: 4 years Education Standard: Engineering or Computer Science **Qualifications:** Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 2 years HVAC controls work experience required; OR an Associate?s Degree in a technical discipline and 4 years of HVAC controls work experience required\. **Key Competencies:** ? Experience working independently to solve complex problems ? Direct experience mentoring and/or leading multiple people ? Detailed knowledge of the lifecycle of a controls project with experience in multiple disciplines involved ?
