Compensation\: $16.37/HR What will you be doing? · Prepare trays
and deliver to rooms. · Maintain complete guest satisfaction by
maintaining service standards. · Check floors to be sure all trays
and carts are retrieved. · Prepare and deliver guest amenities. ·
Requisition and maintenance food supplies. · Pick up clean linen
from laundry and return dirty linen. · Maintain all cleanliness and
sanitation of Room Service area along with personal hygiene. What
do you bring to the role? · Knowledge of the appropriate food and
beverage preparations and service standards. · Knowledge of
beverages and wines. · Knowledge of all menu items and
accompaniments. · Basic knowledge of the English language
sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate
preparation methods. Ability to comprehend written product labeling
instructions to enable the safe application of products and
processes within the hotel. · Ability to remember, recite and
promote the variety of menu items. · Ability to grasp, lift and/or
carry or otherwise transport up to 50lbs. · Knowledge of room
service operations, including appropriate staffing levels, service
equipment and guest relations. · Ability to multi-task. · Ability
to perform duties in strict time parameters. · Ability to maintain
service standards. · High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ·
