In this position you will provide recommendations to clients and Federated Sales Representatives on coverage/product options for life, annuity, and disability income products.Qualifications Needed:Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer serviceMinimum of 2 years work experience in customer service or business demonstrating the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people, as well as, work under pressure and adapt quickly to changesStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office programsAbility to work with multiple computer applications while demonstrating speed, accuracy, and high attention to detailThis position will start at $23.80 per hour.What We Offer:We offer a wide variety of ways to support you as a whole, both professionally and personally.
