• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machine
• Handwash specific items according to assigned procedures
• Store a restock clean kitchenware
• Maintain cleaning supply stock
• Transfer cleaning supplies between storage and work area
• Keep a clean and orderly work station
• Comply with all sanitation and safety policies and procedures
