HR Customer Service - Contract to Hire - Minneapolis, MN
(hybrid)Location: Minneapolis, MN (on-site for training then
hybrid)Duration: 3 months with the potential to convert to
permanentCompensation: $18-$21/hr. W2Work Requirements: US Citizen,

for candidates that have customer service experience and a passion
for helping people. Our role is to research and answer general HR
questions via phone and chat. Seeking a Human Resources (HR)
Employee Service Representative, who will provide general
administration of Human Resources activities through timely request
fulfillment within a service center environment assisting employees
through calls and chats.Responsibilities: Responds to inquiries on
administrative procedures and practices via multiple channels such
as phone, HR employee portal, chat, or email. Utilizes HR case
management system to document and escalate as needed following the
appropriate processes. Educates employees of HR Services available
to them and encourages self-service tools such as the HR Portal and
other systems as needed. Research and resolve inquiries within
defined service levels. Must be able to work on more than one issue
simultaneously and prioritize the urgency of requests. Probes cases
to determine the root cause of the issue or question to provide
accurate resolution or diagnose appropriate escalation. Accurate
document inquiries and answers were provided. Utilizes multiple
online systems and data sources to perform research to ultimately
resolve inquiries. Works independently on most routine tasks.
Actively contributes to delivering, maintaining, and improving HR
services, procedures, and processes to increase employee
satisfaction, drive performance, and achieve results. Understands
and utilizes HR systems including Workday and the Employee Portal
including Self Service, Knowledge base, and Case Management.
Maintain a useful working knowledge of company policies,
procedures, government regulations, and commonly accepted business
ethics. Provides high-quality customer service by responding to
telephone inquiries, customer requests, and problems. Researches
and resolves problems and errors. Identifies products and services
