Overview:
$18.50 / hourMinimum Age Requirement: 18
Provide and delegate timely maintenance on sound, lighting, theatrical and electronic equipment needed to ensure a specific performance standard. Oversee, schedule, and prioritize the duties of technical staff.

• Lead a team of individuals in creating and maintaining new and existing venues and attractions.
• Assist in the research and compilation of new ideas, concepts, and performances as assigned.
• Train technical staff on company's safety procedures and protocols.
• Implement and maintain inventory systems to ensure the smooth operation of seasonal transitions.
• Supervise the performance of direct reports and inform Live Entertainment Management of developing concerns.
• Ensure the successful completion of the technical installation and opening of new attractions, concepts, and performances as assigned by the Live Entertainment Management.

      Qualifications:
      
      • Education or experience in the technical field of theatre, film, or other venues required.
      • Prior leadership experience preferred.
      • Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
      • Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
      • Individuals with a passion and excitement about Valleyfair.
      • Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
