Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Minneapolis,

What You ll Do
- Provide anesthesia care as a CRNA in a
tertiary hospital setting for patients 12+
years
- Work within a care team model (4:1) supported
by an anesthesia aide department to support room
turnover and supply transport
- Deliver specialized anesthesia care in an operating room
environment using Epic for documentation
- Follow the facility s clinical protocols and assignment
expectations during day shifts
- Maintain readiness for scheduled cases and support smooth
anesthesia workflow throughout the department
- Work under the facility s model where CRNAs do not
perform certain procedures (blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or
spinals)
What You Need
Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) license MN Board
of Nursing
- Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential
MN Board of Nursing
- ACLS/BLS Tier 2 (Advanced Cardiac Life Support /
Multisource) required upon hire
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Must live 50 miles or more from Abbott
Northwestern to be considered (MN is not a compact
state)
Preferred
- Experience working in a tertiary care anesthesia
environment
- Familiarity with an Epic documentation workflow

This CRNA assignment supports full-time anesthesia coverage at a
leading tertiary facility in Minneapolis,
Minnesota with structured orientation requirements and
shift schedules available in 8, 10, or 12-hour
formats. The role requires specific weekly coverage
patterns, including two consecutive weeks per month for the
first three months (orientation shifts begin on the
second Monday of every month, with 3
orientation shifts required).
