• Position: Locum Tenens CRNA - General Anesthesia (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Location: Osceola, WI (Zip )
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,530 - $7,930
• Start Date: May 29, 2026 (ongoing need)
• Duration: 52 weeks (potential to extend)
• Schedule: 8-hour days (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), 5 shifts per week
• Call: Every other night and weekend (30-minute response time)
• Practice Model: Independent CRNA practice; 2 CRNAs daily; 2 operating rooms
• EMR: Epic

• Minimum 2 years of CRNA clinical experience required (locum tenens and perioperative anesthesia experience preferred)
• Active Wisconsin CRNA license required (credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days; temporary licenses available)
• Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• DEA registration required
• Rubella titer and MANTOUX test required
• Proof of case logs for epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks
• Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred

• Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care across a broad case mix: general surgery, endoscopy, ophthalmology, urology, orthopedics, podiatry (Tuesdays), and pediatric ENT (minimum age 6 months)
• Manage OB anesthesia cases (approximately 100 deliveries/year; no VBAC deliveries; OB volume expected to increase in August 2026)
• Perform neuraxial and peripheral regional anesthesia techniques: spinals, epidurals, adductor canal, TAP, iPACK, interscalene, and lower extremity/popliteal blocks
• Work independently alongside another CRNA in an independent CRNA practice model
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with surgeons, obstetric, and nursing teams to deliver high-quality perioperative and pediatric anesthesia care
• No overnight stay required after placing epidurals
