As a Registered Dietitian at Park View Care Center , you will collaborate with our on-site leaders and culinary team to use your clinical expertise to develop a plan for each resident to help achieve their goals. Additionally, you will be a part of an established team where your clinical knowledge and critical thinking will be an asset. This temporary position will begin in June and end in November. Position Type: Full-Time. This will be a temporary position from June to November working 40 hours a week. You will have support from the Regional Dietitians for onboarding and any assistance you may need. Pay: $40 / hour Completion Bonus: $5,000 Location: 200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313 Registered Dietitian Responsibilities: Coordinate nutritional care of patients and patients by completing nutritional assessments, MDS’s and care plans. Conducts a nutrition assessment for patients at nutritional risk per facility policies and procedures Develops and implements an individualized plan for nutrition intervention based on nutrition assessment and evidence-based standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in meetings and/or rounds Experience with electronic charting, the Nutrition Care Process and writing PES statements to provide appropriate documentation for the plan of care Works cooperatively with food service staff to ensure conformance to diet prescriptions Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information At least one year of acute care dietitian experience OR heavy in-patient clinical internship rotations Participate in care planning meetings, as required Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and family Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards Registered Dietitian Qualification: Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration Have MN state Licensure Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with electronic charting Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulation Cassia Benefits (Temporary): Competitive Pay with experience-based raises Employee Assistance Program with free confidential counseling/coaching for self and family members ESST – Earned Sick and Safe Time About Us: Park View is proud to be recognized as a Top 10 Nursing Home in Minnesota (50–99 beds) , an honor that reflects our ongoing commitment to exceptional resident care and clinical excellence.
