We are seeking a passionate and dedicated skilled nursing professional who wants to make a difference in our residents’ lives. As a Registered Nurse at Praha Village , you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: Part-Time, No weekends, holidays, or on-call! Shift Available: Days 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Flexible start and end time Wage Range: $34 - $37 / hour depending on experience Location: 1100 1st Street SE, New Prague, MN 56071 South Metro Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. Performs additional duties as required. Registered Nurse Qualifications: Must have MN RN License and be in good standing. Prior assisted living experience preferred. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
