Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Certified
Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team starting August 17,
2026. The role requires full-time commitment with a minimum of two
consecutive weeks per month, supporting a busy tertiary hospital
environment. You'll be part of an integrated care team in a Level
III facility, providing anesthesia support for patients aged 12 and
over. The schedule includes various shifts—day, night, and
potential overnight shifts—within a supportive care model designed
to uphold the highest standards of safety and patient care. This
ongoing contract emphasizes consistency and professionalism, with
the opportunity to contribute to specialized procedures in a
high-acuity setting. Required Skills: Valid RN and CRNA licensure
through the Minnesota Board of Nursing Minimum of 1 year anesthesia
experience ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certifications (must be current upon
hire) Proven ability to work independently within a supervised
model Strong understanding of sterile procedures and anesthesia
safety protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments Nice to
Have Skills: Experience with Epic EMR systems Prior working
knowledge of tertiary care facilities Flexibility for occasional
overnight or weekend shifts Familiarity with specialized anesthesia
procedures (note: CRNAs do not perform blocks or spinal deliveries
in this role) Preferred Education and Experience: Graduate degree
from an accredited nurse anesthesia program At least 2 years of
anesthesia practice in a hospital setting Current certification
from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for
Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Other Requirements: Must reside 50
miles or more from Abbott Northwestern; MN is not a compact state
Supervised practice model experience preferred Credentialing
expected to take 90-120 days Ability to support a care staff ratio
of 4:1 with proper supplies and turn-over procedures Willingness to
support patient populations aged 12 and above Competitive hourly
pay rate of $218.59, with added benefits such as weekly pay via
direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick
leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and robust
referral bonuses. Additional compensation includes overtime at 1.5x
rate, holiday pay, and call allowances ranging from $400 to $1,000,
