Job Description:

Team Lead Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this
pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing nursing
activities, ensuring compassionate, efficient, and high-quality
patient care. The Team Lead Registered Nurse will collaborate with
multiple departments to improve patient outcomes, lead and inspire
a team of committed nursing professionals, and uphold the standards
of excellence that Mayo Clinic is known for. Manage and supervise
the daily activities of the nursing staff. Coordinate patient care
with interdisciplinary health teams. Ensure compliance with all
healthcare regulations and standards. Provide mentoring, education,
and training to nursing staff. Participate in recruitment and
retention of staff. Facilitate positive patient experiences and
outcomes. Implement and evaluate new health interventions and
practices as required. Report to healthcare management on progress
and challenges. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in
clinical skills and patient care Proficient in healthcare software
and systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
CPR and BLS certification required. Preferred: Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS)
