passion for clients and employees alike? Would you like to use your
skills to support our Applied Behavior Analysis program on an
administrative side of things? This is the role for you! As the
Applied Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator, you would
collaborate with Client Services in the organization of staff and
client schedules and you may provide clinical services to children
as well. This position would support 2 CAS clinics, so some travel
maybe required. Responsibilities: Monitor intake and discharge for
ABA services Independently assess staffing ratios for services and
collaborate with Admin to meet program staffing and budget needs in
ABA services including effectively interviewing and hiring
qualified candidates. Coordinate day to day staffing needs
utilizing available staff, float or on-call staff to ensure
adequate coverage to meet programming needs. Lead onboarding
training for Behavior Therapists in the programs assigned. Assist
in the ongoing training of staff Create materials and provide
information on autism spectrum disorders and related disorders to
families and for use by CAS clinical staff, other divisions of CAS,
and for CAS management. Collaborate with support staff to ensure
quality of client care. Notify Supervisors and Client Services
staff (Intake) of changes to assist clinical staff maintaining
appropriate productivity expectations. Ensure appropriate supplies
are maintained for assigned program areas and community outings.
Upon request, float to cover clinical and/or coordinator duties at
assigned personnel. Provide person-centered, responsive approaches
and interventions children aged 2-12 with ASD. Engage in
respectful, open communication with the individual's receiving
services, the responsible party and other family and team members
to promote consistent, quality care. CAS Offers: Paid training in
Applied Behavior Analysis practices and compensation increase for
taking and passing Registered Behavior Technician certification.

client feedback. Mileage reimbursement The compensation range for
this position is $22-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience. To

Salaried Monday through Friday Requirements: High school diploma or
GED required Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable
record required. Ability to pass DHS Background Check Experience
with children with special needs required Effective communication
in the English language Computer proficiency using Word and Excel
with proficiency in keyboarding skills Excellent organizational
