outcomes across diverse settings. Duties As a Registered Practical
Nurse, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work with both respiratory trach and ventilator and non-respiratory
patients. Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with
established protocols and standards. Conducting thorough patient
assessments and documenting medical histories. Administering
medications and treatments as prescribed. Assisting with critical
care tasks, including airway management and acute pain management.
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient
conditions. Educating patients and families on health management
