Your passion for caring will help our residents live their best lives every day, and you'll find a supportive community that values your contributions and encourages your professional growth Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly Responsibilities: Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies Interview Hiring and onboarding of new staff Ensure new candidates are oriented and trained properly Ensure all staff stay current with the required training Follow up with all staff regarding performance issues and ensure improvements are achieved Organize and assist with new move-in inquiries and tours Introduce new policies and tasks to all staff and ensure proper understanding is achieved by all Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies Manage staff timesheets for accuracy and submit them for payroll Complete weekly inventory of nursing and cleaning supplies and groceries. Complete weekly orders to ensure all supplies and groceries are available Qualifications: Extreme Ownership: Demonstrates accountability, ownership of outcomes, and proactively removes obstacles.
