Position Summary: We’re seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who thrives in a flexible, mobile care environment and enjoys meaningful patient interaction. Responsibilities: Provide on-site medical visits to patients in senior living communities Evaluate and manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and wound care Collaborate with physicians, facility staff, and families on care plans Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation Qualifications: Licensed PA in the state of Minnesota Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or mobile care preferred Must have strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes: Army: 65D – Physician Assistant Navy: PA – Physician Assistant Air Force: 42G1 – Physician Assistant Marines: PA – Physician Assistant Coast Guard: PA – Physician Assistant Join Our Team: Enjoy the freedom to manage your own day while making an impact in patients’ lives.
