Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide maternity leave coverage from March through the end of the school year. This position supports three elementary schools, with the majority of time spent at one primary school location in Rosemount, MN. The role primarily focuses on serving 4-year-old students in both center-based and inclusion settings. Responsibilities include: Delivering skilled occupational therapy services tailored to young childrens developmental needs Collaborating with teachers and staff to support student participation in educational activities Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students in both center-based and inclusive classrooms Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation Communicating regularly with families and school personnel to support student goals Desired qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in accordance with state requirements Experience working with early childhood populations, preferably preschool-aged children Familiarity with both center-based and inclusion educational settings Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully during a critical time by supporting early learners developmental and functional needs within the school environment.
