Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist (Computed
Tomography) Specialty: CT/Xray Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Rotating Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of
experience License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification
Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Certified Radiologic
Technologist - ARRT (R) Must-Have: 1 year of CT experience and
fluoro experience Comfortable covering Xray Description: The
department includes multiple Xray and CT scanners. Techs will
provide patient care in multiple settings including ED, inpatient,
and outpatient. Portable work and surgical cases will be part of
the responsibilities. Techs will report to a Lead Tech. There is no
use of Registered Radiology Assistants. Radiologists are available
in-house until 10 PM with remote readings overnight. IV starts will
be required. Shifts include a combination of days, evenings, and
weekends. Weekend coverage is typically required every 3rd to 4th
weekend. Holiday rotation may be required. Scrubs are not provided,
and no specific color is mandated. Department-specific orientation
will occur for both CT and Xray areas. All clinicians must clock in
