Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide essential support in multiple elementary school
settings throughout Anoka, MN. This leave replacement contract runs
from mid-December 2025 through the end of May 2026, offering a
full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities include delivering direct speech therapy
services within a 3:1 service modelthree weeks of face-to-face
therapy followed by one week of indirect services. The caseload
primarily consists of typical elementary students and some in
Setting III CDC, with no evaluation duties required, as a separate
team manages assessments. The role supports several buildings: an
elementary school in Brooklyn Center, Blaine elementary, Roosevelt
Middle School, and additional minimal in-person support at another
site. Desired qualifications and experience: Valid SLP license
(Certification of Clinical Competence preferred) School-based SLP
experience, ideally with elementary-aged children Ability to manage
a caseload within a mixed setting, including students in
specialized classroom environments Comfort with on-site work and
collaboration across multiple locations Commitment to a service
model balancing direct and indirect therapy This position provides
