Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, supporting a K-12 student population. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students across two school sites in Chaska, MN. Responsibilities include: Providing direct occupational therapy services to students within a K-12 public school setting Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy strategies as needed Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations Participating in team meetings and professional development activities Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) credential Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to manage a caseload of K-12 students with varying needs Strong communication and organizational skills This position is a contract role covering the full 2025-2026 academic year, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in educational settings with diverse student needs.
