Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,237 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55407! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in occupational health or relevant experience License: Valid state license in hand preferred Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience in employee occupational health or relevant fields Description: Position requires an Occupational Health RN. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. First-time applicants are accepted if they have relevant occupational health experience. There are no weekend requirements. On-call duties are not required. The clinician may float within the scope to meet facility needs. This position will primarily be located in one facility but may require floating to other locations. Block schedule accommodations may be made. Local candidates are not accepted beyond a specified radius. Requests for time off should ideally be no more than 5 days. The facility may cancel shifts without penalty. Special requirements include previous employee occupational health experience and relevant skills in nurse phone triage, urgent care, emergency department, case management, vaccine administration, and worker's compensation reporting. This is a short-term acute care facility, magnet-designated and teaching-oriented. The typical patient age group is adults. All staff are required to wear navy blue scrubs or business casual attire. Charting is done using specific electronic health record systems. Candidates may need to float within the facility or to nearby locations based on patient care needs. References from previous supervisors are required at the time of application.
