Walmart Inc., a leading global retailer, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in the Healthcare & Medical Services Department. This pivotal role will manage pharmacy operations within one of our busy stores, ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care while adhering to regulatory policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing a team of pharmacy staff, optimizing workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Supervise and train pharmacy staff to deliver excellent customer service and patient care. Optimize inventory management and ensure the availability of medication and supplies. Oversee the dispensing of medications accurately and efficiently. Maintain a safe and clean environment conducive to delivering healthcare services. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the pharmacy department. Assist with patient consultations and provide thorough medication management. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and patients to ensure optimal care.
