Qualifications A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) where you will practice, or eligibility to apply. A degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Basic computer literacy skills. Our organization is primarily clinician-operated, consisting of dedicated physical, occupational, and speech therapists, all built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. We emphasize one-on-one care, creating a fulfilling work environment where therapists can design their schedules to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Compensation In Minnesota, the typical base salary range for a full-time position is between $60,000 and $105,000 annually, with potential for higher earnings.
