The selected physician will play a key role in shaping service delivery, expanding patient access, and supporting future recruitment and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about practice development, collaboration, and innovation in specialty care. This clinician will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. This is a full-time position that requires both a Minnesota and Wisconsin license. Robotics experience preferred but not required. Experienced Urologists as well as new grads are welcome to apply. We hope you’ll join us. NEIGHBORHOOD: On the Minnesota-Wisconsin boarder is a handful of hospitals and clinics known as The Valley – which includes Amery, Hudson, New Richmond, WI and Stillwater, MN. PAY RANGE: $460,000.00 Minimum- $750,000.00 plus based on a 1.0 FTE PAY RANGE STATEMENT: Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
