Job Description:
Position: • Join a collegial group of OBGYNs w/ an excellent
history of retention • Recruitment is due to upcoming retirement •
Award-winning community hospital - Forbes "Top 100," 5-star CMS •
OBGYN office is located in spacious multispecialty clinic,
connected to the hospital / just steps away from Birth Center •
State-of-the-art OR - multi-million expansion just completed •
Brand-new DaVinci robot • True 4-day week (32 patient contact
hours) • Robust support staff includes highly experienced nurses,
an OB educator who sees all patients at the start of pregnancy to
put together their care plans, plus adding two midwives soon (will
function as 'extenders') • Ideal practice infrastructure: nursing
support "hubs" handle all Rx refills, triage, and pap results, plus
after-hours answering service • Highly competitive compensation: Up
to $410K starting base salary, plus additional wRVU bonuses &
quality bonuses • 31 days of Time Off Year 1, 36 days of Time Off
Year 2 & beyond • Signing bonus, relocation stipend, loan support -
