Responsibilities/Job Description:Fairview is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our Long Term Acute Care Respiratory Therapy team at our Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub in St. Paul, MN. Were offering a $9,000 sign-on bonus!The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services as prescribed by a physician. Follows defined treatment protocol according to department policies. Collects, assesses, interprets, and intervenes as appropriate in the care of neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Ensures patient welfare and safety standards during treatments.Schedule: This position will be working 0.6 FTE (48 hours every two weeks). The shift length will be 12 hours on the day and night shift. This position will also work a rotation for every other weekend.The schedule for this role is three 12hr night shifts and one 12 hr day shift per pay period with the day shift being every other Sunday.Shift differential incentives:$4.00/hr for nights$2.00/hr for weekendsAbout Fairview:Fairview Health Services is an industry-leading, award-winning nonprofit that offers an entire network of healthcare services.
