Lakeside Generations, a 5-star rated senior care campus overlooking picturesque Spring Lake in Dassel, MN, is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) -to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we're offering a $5,000 Bonus!

There are -Full-Time (Evening) -benefit eligible -positions available. We are also hiring On-Call Nurses -at this time.

RN Wage Range: $33.80 to $42.03 / hour
Hours: -2:15 pm to 10:45 pm

What does a Nurse require?

• Must have MN LPN -or RN License and be in good standing.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.What does a Nurse do?
  • Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
  • Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
  • Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
  • Performs additional duties as required.Benefits:
