Looking to take the next step in your career as an *Allied Health Professional*?*Apply now* and unleash your potential with *Talent4Health, *Talent4Health is a certified MBE and Joint Commission-accredited provider of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions.Surgical TechnologistMinneapolis, MNDays 8x513 Weeks Contract (possibility of extension)$2,270.00 per week (Negotiable)*Tentative Start Date:* 09/16/2024*Job Description** Assists surgical team in care of patients in operating room by arranging instruments, lights and other equipment while insuring sterility and cleanliness.* Prepares patient for surgery, passes instruments during procedure, assists in post-operative cleanup and transfer of patient to recovery room.* Providing patient care services appropriate to the age of the patients served during their shift of duty in collaboration with the OR RN.* Adheres to standards of nursing practice and patient care, correct use of supplies/equipment and maintenance of the surgical suite under the direction of an OR RN.* Ability to effectively use technology and medical/surgical terminology.
