This position works collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care.Required 18 years of age and on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Responsibilities include providing residents with:personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.)reporting changes in resident conditionpromoting resident independence by fostering self-help skillskeeping the resident areas orderlyMust treat residents with courtesy and respect.Must be able to follow oral and written directions.Willing to work as a team member and treat the job with a sense of responsibility.Responsible to follow the direction of staffing leaders as well as the plan of care for each resident.The job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
