Our integrity should never be compromised or come into question.Players Health Internship ProgramPlayers Health has an unpaid internship opportunity and is looking for qualified candidates to join our team. You will have the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a budding start-up company. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills and a diverse skill-set willing to work between 15-40 hours per week for approximately 12 weeks. This is an unpaid summer internship providing a rich experience in startup marketing operations.The successful candidate will thrive in an independent environment, with the ability to maintain tight communication with a team of both local and remote co-workers, as well as their supervisor. An ideal intern is a creative, idea-driven individual looking to kick-start their career with this rewarding position at a new and innovative sports technology company.Customer Success Intern Role & Learnings:
    • Develop Help Center Resources and Customer Service Resources
    • Assist with creating metrics and reports that directly outline current customer support metrics, KPIs, and strategy
    • Merging Sales Data to Customer Data
    • Developing Net Promoter Score and Surveys for client feedback
    • Project Workflow for Onboarding
    • Strong Communication and Data Skills
    • Creating Risk Services Application DemosMinimum Requirements:
      • Must be a current student
      • Must submit resume through Players Health application online
      • Must be 18 years or older
      • Have a computer and reliable Wi-Fi connectionDesired Characteristics:
        • Strong communication skills;
        • Tremendously organized with outstanding time management skills;
        • Desire to make an impact at a growing company;
