WFCC is a leading contributor to Wholesales revenue, assets, and net income.This position is within Corporate Trust Services (CTS), a division of Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. This position is for the CTS Onboarding team within Corporate Trust Services Operations (CTSO). CTSO serves as an extension of the products across CTS in the administration of their various products and services. Our goal is to enhance control, improve processes, and provide services that are consistent where possible and custom when necessary.The Onboarding team is seeking a dynamic team player to join the group and a CTS Account Manager 1. This department is integral in reviewing, mitigating risk, and enhancing control related to setup and ongoing administration of the CTS transactions in accordance with applicable documents, state and federal laws, internal policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to document interpretation, amendment/supplement coordination, new deal setup, and Customer Due Diligence. Legal document review and interpretation skills are preferred. Duties include frequent interaction with internal and external business partners requiring strong client service skills.Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: trust, financial services, or account management

    • Account management and customer service experience
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Extensive math skills
    • Problem solving and resolution skills
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
    • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and instruct others
    • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
    • Ability to read and interpret legal documents
    • A BS/BA degree or higher
    • Corporate trust experience
    • Customer service experience

      Other Desired Qualifications
      • Knowledge of corporate trust products and services, specifically MAS and SAS
      • Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation
      • Knowledge and/or experience with BSA/AML laws, programs and requirements
      • Experience partnering with internal business partners and stakeholders
      • Ability to adapt to change

        Job Expectations
        • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
