We are adding a Rockstar to our top-notch business development team. NFC is the leading and largest full-service amenity management company in the country!Position SummaryCandidates should have a proven track record of executive-level B2B sales success. Our New Business Development Director will engage with developers, condo board members, regional, property, and project managers, positioning NFC Amenity Management as the preferred provider for concierge, fitness, spa, and social programming services. Responsibilities include proactive sales efforts through prospecting, calls, emails, site visits, trade shows, and industry events. We provide comprehensive training, support materials, and presentation collateral.Experience :

  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience is required.
  • Experience in property management or real estate-related sales is a plus.
  • Helpful but not mandatory industry experience includes concierge, front desk management in luxury high-rise multifamily buildings, fitness sales/management, property management, condo board liaison, real estate development marketing, or high-end service sales.Compensation :
    • Full-time position with a base salary of $75,000 annually.
    • Bonuses and commissions can total up to $200,000 per year.
