Landscape Project Manager Sales Design in Landscape Division



We are currently looking for a Landscape Project Manager - Sales Designer in our Residential & Commercial Landscape Division who will meet with clients, give recommendations, create landscape designs, and present proposals to customers.



Your designs will be installed by Minnesota's best landscape construction crews.



Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 base per year IN ADDITION TO sales and production incentives to $150,000.

Responsibilities:
--- Working with prospective customers to discover their "beautiful standard of living"
--- Create quotes
--- Manage installation, from start to finish
--- Establish and maintain client relationships
--- Finding Clients through traditional and out-of-the-box thinking
--- Manage multiple projects along with your calendar
--- Work in a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
--- Working closely with vendors, subcontractors, and employees ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times

Qualifications:
--- 2-3 years of experience in Landscape Sales & Management
--- Self-starter who is committed to producing quality work that exceeds client expectations
--- Exceptional sales ability
--- Effective communication both verbally and in writing
--- Extremely well-organized
--- Assure that the quality of work is performed at the highest level
--- Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and maintain a positive attitude
--- Proficient with Microsoft Software and various CRM systems
--- Clear driving history
