Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager in a non-union high speed manufacturing Environment in the Chicago area.This job will have the following responsibilities:The ability to oversee multiple business units with 300+ employeesParticipates and direct Lean manufacturing practices (Six Sigma, 5S and Kaizen)Enforce and review KPI's to ensure the facility is achieving production goalsWork with the Quality department to review issues through scrap process and hold for inspectionLead the daily Team Performance Center meetings with Operations team to review daily/weekly performance.Requirements/Skills:Bachelors Degree required4+ years in an Operations Management roleHigh Speed Manufacturing is requiredLean Six Sigma Green Belt preferredContinuous Improvement experiencePackaging backgroundUI924418
