          Essential Job Duties

          • Strategic planning for future growth in revenue, services and gross margins
          • Possess a strong desire to develop people
          • Responsible for holding team members accountable to all company and department processes
          • Work alongside customer service and dispatch team to ensure overall success of the business - -
          • Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve
          • Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes
          • Review and approve invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets
          • Plan and execute weekly departmental meeting


            • Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
            • Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record
            • 2 or more years of proven success leading a team to meet or exceed performance objectives
            • 1 or more years of Residential Drains Service experience preferred, but not required
            • Strong verbal and written communications
            • Good presentation and public speaking skills is a plus
            • Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
            • Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
            • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
