Drains Service Manager

Schedule
- Shifts vary from 7am - 4:30pm, based on business needs
- Flexible in your availability outside of standard hours to
support the team is based on business needs including nights,
weekends, and holidays
Essential Job Duties
- Strategic planning for future growth in revenue, services and
gross margins
- Possess a strong desire to develop people
- Responsible for holding team members accountable to all company
and department processes
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch team to ensure
overall success of the business - -
- Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how
to improve
- Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and
seasonal spikes
- Review and approve invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and
option sheets
- Plan and execute weekly departmental meeting
Qualifications
- Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level
(T.R.U.E.)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal
record
- 2 or more years of proven success leading a team to meet or
exceed performance objectives
- 1 or more years of Residential Drains Service experience
preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Good presentation and public speaking skills is a plus
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow
through
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced,
goal-driven environment
