seeking a Tax Director for our real estate private equity team. In
this role you will be involved both in new business opportunities
as well as servicing existing long standing clients in a
compliance/consulting role. You will also be involved in thought
leadership opportunities, technology initiatives, as well as

Will be Responsible For:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and
advisory work for clients
- Lead client relationships on day to day tax matters supporting
partners with service execution and development of extended
services
- Research and consult on technical matters and special
projects
- Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively
with the client to provide superior client service
- Actively participate in business development efforts to include
working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals
to target and build relationships with client prospects
- Manage, train and develop staff. Participate in the performance
review process Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is
required
- 10 + years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting
experience
- CPA
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 3 + years of supervisory experience

Preferred Location: New York For NYC and California, the expected
salary range for this position is between 199780 and 312156 The
range for the position in other geographies may vary based on
market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based
on experience and other factors permitted by law.
