Job Description:

As the -IT Associate Director Infrastructure & Operations, you'll lead our geographically distributed IT support team and suppliers for Americas (US, Canada and 6 countries in LATAM), managing our Datacenter/Cloud (AWS), Networks (Cisco Meraki) and end users Services and Equipment in our 4 HQs and 500+ Stores. -
Success Criteria
Liaise with global and regional IT partners, implement and improve our service, support and security strategy;
Engage countries and Business Unit key stakeholders to guarantee internal user productivity through: smooth M&A (new stores acquisition / incorporation), people onboarding (accounts/equipment), Service Desk efficiency for day to day requests;
Guide the team on the establishment of new technology services designed to improve stores efficiency and customers experience. -

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in IT field required. - ITIL certification preferred
  
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Service Management, Server admin and/or Network/Security administration role (hands on or leading a tech team).
  
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
  
• Experience working in a highly regulated and controlled environment required. Experience with security regulations like SOC2 Type2, HIPAA, HiTrust is preferred
  
• Experience providing technical solutions to a wide variety of difficult problems
  
• Must have project management experience
  
• Technical Budget management experience
  
• Must have 3+ years on vendor management experience (Performance Management, Contract negotiation, RFPs)

  • Displays a high degree of motivation, dedication and team orientation
    
  • Must be comfortable working with all levels of the organization
    
  • Exceptional leadership, people management and conflict resolution skills are imperative for success in this position

  • Must have good understanding of Networking, encryption concepts and security concepts
    
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
    
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and is open to changes
