Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Manager
DEPARTMENT: Customer Service
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and develop the Account Management team.
Assist CSR's and Account Managers as needed.
Develop strategies, tactics, and processes to service our customers exceptionally well.
Retain and grow existing customers.
Develop department goals and objectives that align with company goals.
Establish data collection to monitor how well we are servicing the customer.
Assist with key accounts as needed.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop new processes and procedures.
Update/Create standard process and procedures for the customer service department.
Develop a CSR/Account Manger training program for new and existing employees.
All other duties assigned by your Supervisor/Manager
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
Strong management skills
Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing data.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Customer focused.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with a team or independently as needed.
Must be able to sit at a desk and work in front of a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day.
Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check.
Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description.
Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies
Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A four-year degree from an accredited college preferred
5+ years in an Account Manager/Customer Service role in a manufacturing environment
