Job Description:
General Summary The Executive Director will have the
responsibility for and authority to manage all aspects of the
Shirley Ryan AbilityLabPartnership location including the
management direction of all management staff, rehabilitation
nursing staff and allied health staff assigned to the PMR Program,
in partnership with the Medical Director. The Executive Director
will be an employee of Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and function with
the Medical Director as a self-managed team. The Executive Director
will report directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer, Corporate Partnerships, and will have
accountability to certain other administrative/executive
representatives ofSRALab and ABMC. In addition, the Executive
Director will be accountable to the Oversight/Governing Committee
of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Partnership.The Executive Director
will work collaboratively with appropriate members of the
management teams of each Partnership andShirley Ryan AbilityLab
affiliate to assure that the services of the Program are
coordinated and integrated with other affiliate
services.Consistently demonstrates support of the Shirley Ryan
