• Many More!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is a permanent position that requires a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in modular construction and construction quality control management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for all construction projects
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality control program that includes testing, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality control issues
  • Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job duties effectively
  • Manage and maintain all quality control documentation and records
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulationsQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in modular construction and construction quality control management
    • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles and practices
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
