We create quality, affordable homes and engage with our residents daily to create a strong sense of community and connectivity.Join us in making a difference in people's lives every day at a company where you can challenge yourself to develop both personally and professionally.We are currently seeking a Multi-Site Manager to join our team at Elmcreek and Champlin Drive , two apartment communities in Champlin, MN, with 144 total units.$1,500 sign on bonus included!*Subject to change; restrictions applyPosition Summary:As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the two properties.Responsibilities:

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by managementQualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
