    Our Architecture Project Manager will work out of our Midwest Division, and can be located in Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Minnesota. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing several projects both internally and externally. You will be responsible leading all aspects of project documents including the project schedule, budget, internal architecture team, external design consultants, quality assurance and quality control.

    Architecture Project Manager Responsibilities:
    • Manage one or more projects with responsibility for job production, quality, and establishing and executing project work plans.
    • Develop and manage positive client relationships and work as the client's advocate by identifying and balancing client expectations within contractual obligations, corporate goals, and client satisfaction.
    • Communicate with all project participants, internal staff, consultants, clients, owners, contractors, and jurisdictions in an effective and collaborative manner.
    • Develop and maintain project schedule. -
    • Establish and update project staffing requirements on an ongoing basis.
    • Provide technical and administrative supervision of the multi-disciplinary project staff, assuring the technical and schedule targets are met within applicable professional and corporate standards. -
    • Take responsibility for overall client satisfaction, service, and qualityManage project communication, delivery, and deliverables to ensure the highest documentation quality and professionalism. -
      Architecture Project Manager Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalentMinimum 7 years of progressive professional experience leading medium to large-scale projects of varying types and complexityLEED Accredited Professional. -
      • Professional registration/licensure in Architecture or Engineering is requiredDemonstrated effectiveness in working in a multi-disciplinary team setting, collaborating, mentoring, and client satisfaction. -
      • Thorough knowledge of the entire project delivery process and ability to lead design efforts through all project stages including leadership with the client, contractors, and internal team. -
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Significant experience in Revit and AutoCAD.
