Fast Horse is looking for an Associate Design Director to join our creative discipline.

Our Associate Design Director will play a crucial role in bringing our ideas to life, both in creating beautiful design and coaching and mentoring more junior designers to do the same. Ideal candidates will have 9+ years of agency design experience and have a deep desire to continue the growth of a design discipline. We're looking for students of the industry who can develop and push our creative ideas and bring our design to another level.

• A strong multidisciplinary design portfolio that encompasses identity, digital, motion, social and some idea-driven projects; tasty design that makes us drool
  
• A very collaborative working style that comes along with smart, well-grounded opinions and an open mind. You must love to explore and not get wrapped up in ego.
  
• You must have the ability and desire to play lead designer and also an inspirational coach and mentor to junior designers.
  
• Experience working in a non-design-only setting.
  
• You must have the ability to see how design fits into bigger, integrated ideas, and work seamlessly with other creatives, strategists, amplification specialists and producers.
  
• Nice to have some national awards in the shows that matter (not just the local Show)
  
• You can thrive in organized chaos, and a fast-paced, team environment.
  
• You can play a big role in new business efforts--both in integrated pitches, but also design, earned and other leanings.
  
• You have a strong voice/reputation in the design and creative community
