This leadership opportunity for an experienced IT staffing
professional will be advising on the market strategy, leading a
motivated team, and driving revenue and growth for the business. If
you are seeking a hands-on role overseeing sales and recruitment,

- Running weekly team meetings
- Reviewing the market financial reports and adapting the
business strategy based on revenue and performance targets
- Interviewing and hiring new team members, training and coaching
them to make sure they are hitting performance targets
- Meeting with existing and potential clients to ensure we
understand their needs and delivering services accordingly
- Liaising with senior management to provide updates on market
activities and performance
About youIdeal candidates will have experience in recruiting, sales
and management within the IT staffing industry, as well as have
expertise in IT staffing solutions and the competitive landscape.

approach, as well as the ability to manage a team to consistently
